Terms and Conditions of Sale


1.1 By submitting the order, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase process, to fully accept the general conditions and payment terms described below.

In compliance with articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/1999 on distance sales, the Consumer Customer, i.e., a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, at the end of the online purchase procedure, will print, save, or electronically store a copy of these general sales conditions.


2.1 The contract between Mondomini Società Agricola Semplice and the Customer is considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by Mondomini Società Agricola Semplice.

2.2 In the absence of communication regarding the non-acceptance of an order by Mondomini Società Agricola Semplice, sent to the Customer by any means within 24 hours of the order, the contract concluded between Mondomini Società Agricola Semplice and the Customer is considered concluded by tacit acceptance.

2.3 Mondomini Società Agricola Semplice reserves the unquestionable right to accept the Customer’s purchase proposal.

2.4 In case of non-acceptance of an order by Mondomini Società Agricola Semplice, the Customer declares to waive any right to damages or compensation and not to hold Mondomini Società Agricola Semplice liable for any direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property.

2.5 Mondomini Società Agricola Semplice reserves the irrevocable right to indicate that the prices on the site do not always include shipping. For shipments abroad, please call to receive a shipping cost estimate.

2.6 All prices indicated on the site include VAT; Sales price, shipping costs, Eco Contribution Raee may be modified at any time without notice.

2.7 The Customer can only purchase products available at the time of order submission in the electronic catalog of Mondomini Società Agricola Semplice and viewable online at the address (URL) https://www.mondomini.it/, as described in the respective technical data sheets. Please note that the images reproduced in the catalog are purely indicative and may differ from the originals in proportions, colors, and other characteristics.

2.8 Mondomini Società Agricola Semplice reserves the right to update the technical information of the products at any time without notice. All purchase support information is to be understood as simple generic informational material, not referring to the actual characteristics of a single product.

2.9 The correct receipt of the order will be confirmed by Mondomini Società Agricola Semplice with an email response, sent to the email address provided by the Customer. The order confirmation will indicate the date and time of order execution and a “Customer Order Identification Number,” to be used in all further communications with Mondomini Società Agricola Semplice. Additionally, the order confirmation will indicate all data entered by the Customer, who will be responsible for verifying its correctness and promptly communicating any corrections and/or changes.


3.1 For each order placed online at the address (URL) https://mondomini.it/, Mondomini Società Agricola Semplice will issue an invoice for the shipped goods, sending it in PDF format via email to the order holder or sending it together with the goods in the original paper copy, in accordance with art. 14 Legislative Decree 445/2000 and DL 52/2004. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order will be binding.

3.2 No changes to the invoice will be possible after its issuance.


4.1 Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, if the customer is a consumer (i.e., a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number in the order form to Mondomini Società Agricola Semplice), they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, except as indicated in the following points.

4.2 To exercise this right, the customer must send a communication to Mondomini Società Agricola Semplice to that effect, within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods. This communication must be sent by registered letter with return receipt, addressed to: Mondomini Società Agricola Semplice, Contrada Marina 34, 63828 Campofilone, FM. Once the withdrawal communication is received, Mondomini Società Agricola Semplice will promptly provide the customer with instructions on how to return the goods, which must be received by Mondomini Società Agricola Semplice within 10 days of authorization.

4.3 The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

  • The right applies to the purchased product in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product.
  • The purchased item must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts; to limit damage to the original packaging, it is recommended, whenever possible, to place it in a second box, on which to affix the label provided by Mondomini Società Agricola Semplice, indicating the return authorization number sent by email; in any case, the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original packaging of the product should be avoided.
  • In accordance with the law, the shipping costs for returning the goods are the responsibility of the customer.
  • The shipment, up to the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer; in case of damage to the goods during transport, Mondomini Società Agricola Semplice will inform the customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receiving the goods in its warehouses), to allow the customer to promptly report the damage to the chosen courier and obtain reimbursement of the value of the goods (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for return, while canceling the withdrawal request.
  • Mondomini Società Agricola Semplice is not in any way responsible for damages or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments.
  • Upon arrival in the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport. If the original packaging and/or packaging are damaged, Mondomini Società Agricola Semplice will withhold from the due refund a percentage, not exceeding 10%, as a contribution to the restoration expenses.
  • Subject to any restoration costs for damage ascertained to the original packaging, Mondomini Società Agricola Semplice will refund the customer the full amount paid within 14 days of the return of the goods, through the procedure of reversing the amount charged to the credit card or by bank transfer. In the latter case, it will be the responsibility of the customer to promptly provide the banking coordinates on which to receive the refund (ABI Code – CAB – Current Account of the invoice holder).
  • The right of withdrawal is completely forfeited in the absence of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents) in cases where Mondomini Società Agricola Semplice ascertains:
    • The absence of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging;
    • Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport.
  • In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Mondomini Società Agricola Semplice will return the purchased goods to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the customer.

4.4 This right applies to all products purchased online on the site www.mondomini.it.


5.1 Bank Transfer in Advance In case of payment in advance by bank transfer, the items ordered by the Customer will be reserved for a maximum of 7 working days from the order date. The shipment of the ordered items will only take place after the actual crediting to the account indicated below (usually within 2 working days). The non-receipt of payment and/or its credit will automatically cancel the order. In the payment reason, the Customer must clearly indicate the Customer Order Identification Number, communicated with the order confirmation message. Transfers must be made with the following bank details:

5.2 PayPal 5.2.1 In the case of purchasing through the PayPal payment method, the Customer must select the “Pay with PayPal” button and then log in with PayPal.

How does payment with PayPal work?

The amount related to the order will be debited from the Customer’s PayPal account at the time of order acquisition. In case of order cancellation, both by the Customer and in the event of non-acceptance by Mondomini, the amount will be refunded to the Customer’s PayPal account. At no point in the Mondomini.it purchase process is it possible to know the financial information of the Customer. As there is no data transmission, there is no possibility of interception of this data. No Mondomini.it computer archive contains or stores such data. For each transaction carried out with the PayPal account, the Customer will receive a confirmation email from PayPal. For further information, consult the PayPal website.


6.1. Mondomini.it will deliver the products ordered online at the address (URL) https://mondomini.it/, in collaboration with Bartolini. 6.2. Shipping costs for Italy are €6 for orders less than or equal to €90. For orders over this amount, shipping is free. 6.3. Delivery times will depend on the payment method chosen by the Customer. After payment of the order, the goods delivered to BRT will be shipped and delivered within an indicative average time of 1/2 working days following the payment date. 6.4. Deliveries will be made by BRT from Monday to Friday during normal working hours. 6.5. There are no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, and weekdays. 6.5.1. There will be 2 delivery attempts to the specified address. If the package cannot be delivered, it can be picked up free of charge at the nearest sorting center or returned to the address at the recipient’s expense. 6.5.2. It is recommended to provide a shipping address that is always available to receive the goods. 6.5.3. Delivery generally takes place during office hours. 6.6. All deliveries are considered made at ground level. 6.7. Under no circumstances can Mondomini.it be held responsible for delayed or non-delivery attributable to BRT or due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances. 6.8. Upon delivery of the goods, the Customer must check: a) that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated on the invoice; b) that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet, or otherwise altered, including closure materials (adhesive tape or plastic or metal straps). Place a “check reserve” signature on the courier’s transport document in any case, so as to protect yourself in case of any transport damage to the goods during unpacking.

  1. It is the responsibility of the Customer, or whoever is delegated by the Customer to collect the shipment, to ensure that the package is in good condition and that any complaints are made before affixing the “unreserved signature,” which definitively concludes delivery and releases the carrier from its responsibilities.
  2. Making reservations on the shipment, where justified, is a right guaranteed by article 1698 of the Civil Code; the carrier or his representative cannot object to your exercise of this right. Any damage or non-correspondence of the number of packages or indications must be immediately contested with the courier making the delivery, affixing the wording “withdrawal with reservation for missing and/or damaged n. XXX packages” on the appropriate transport document and confirmed within seven days by sending an email to the following address: spedizioni@Mondomini.it. 6.9. In any case, the goods must be checked within seven days of receipt to ascertain any damage and/or hidden anomalies. These must be promptly reported to the following address: spedizioni@Mondomini.it. Any reports beyond the aforementioned terms and/or by means other than those indicated above will not be considered. For each statement, the Customer assumes full responsibility for what is declared. Once the courier’s document is signed, the Customer cannot make any claims regarding the external characteristics of what has been delivered. 6.10. Delivery costs will be borne by the Customer and clearly indicated when filling out the order. 6.11. Available on request (not included in the price on the site) unloading with hydraulic tail lift for bulky and certain weight materials.

SHIPMENTS ABROAD If the destination is not in Italy, the shipping costs are €15 for European Union countries. Other countries are not currently available. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

7 LIABILITY 7.1. Mondomini.it assumes no responsibility for any malfunctions attributable to force majeure such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and/or lockouts, earthquakes, floods, and other similar events that prevented, in whole or in part, the timely execution of the contract.
