In a warm and picturesque environment, you will have the opportunity to discover the excellences of Valdaso and the culinary arts of the Marche region under the expert guidance of a passionate local chef.
1. FISH STEW
The day begins with the preparation of fish stew, a local specialty and a dish that reflects the essence of Mondomini’s cuisine. Guests will learn to prepare fresh catch, discovering key ingredients and steps to create a broth rich in Mediterranean flavors. The chef will share secrets to balance the aromas and achieve a delightful dish.
1. EGG PASTA
Once the fish stew is in the oven, we will move on to the preparation of homemade egg pasta. The local chef will share the secrets of fresh pasta, from creating the dough to rolling it out and cutting it into traditional shapes. Guests will be actively involved, getting hands-on to create delicious dishes of egg pasta.
2. CAKES AND SWEETS
There will also be recipes for sweet cakes made with extra virgin olive oil, highlighting the versatility of this ingredient in sweet preparations. Guests will be guided through the process of creating soft and aromatic cakes that enhance the flavors and aromas of olive oil.
3. SNACKS BASED ON EVO OIL WITH VEGETABLES AND FISH
Using only fresh and seasonal ingredients, we will prepare small tastings where EVO oil becomes the protagonist, enhancing the delicate flavor of the fish and the crunchiness of the vegetables.
The chef will show how to balance aromas and textures, guiding guests in composing creative and light bites. Each participant will be able to try their hand at preparation, learning to enhance Mediterranean simplicity through genuine and tasty recipes.
4. TASTING OF CREATIONS
The cooking school will culminate with a tasting of the creations made during the lesson. Guests will have the pleasure of savoring the fruits of their labor, accompanied by local wines that enhance the flavors and lend a unique character to each dish.
