1. THE START OF THE JOURNEY
The journey begins at the entrance of the farmhouse, where we will provide you with the necessary tools for harvesting.
2. DISCOVERING WILD HERBS
The day continues with a guided walk in the fields of the farmhouse, led by a local expert who will highlight wild herbs, providing detailed explanations of their medicinal and culinary properties and their role in local tradition. During the walk, you will have the opportunity to gather the herbs under the expert’s guidance, learning to distinguish various plants and recognize their characteristics.
3. MENU PREPARATION
After the harvest, we will gather in the charming tasting room, where, under the guidance of an experienced cook, we will prepare delicious dishes using the freshly gathered herbs, creating a menu that celebrates the freshness and authenticity of local ingredients.
