The Historic House at Mondomini is a large, newly restored, and furnished independent apartment of over 90 square meters, respecting the local surroundings.

Featuring a shaded and cool 56-square-meter porch, a panoramic terrace overlooking an ancient olive grove that also faces the sea, and surrounded by a garden with a fig tree bearing sweet fruits in season.

Located among ancient olive trees, it overlooks the countryside and the sea, surrounded by the property’s garden in front of an orchard and a vegetable garden where you can pick tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, peaches, apricots, and cherries depending on the season.
